Stavewright

Process

Six weeks from handshake to finished fence.

A single project lead. A fixed price. Shop-fabricated components installed by our own crews. Here is exactly what happens, and when.

  1. 01Week 1

    Site consultation

A senior designer visits your property, walks the line with you, reviews survey and bylaws, and talks through material, height, and how the fence meets the house.

  2. 02Week 2

    Design & fixed quote

You receive scaled drawings, material samples delivered to your door, and a fixed price. No allowances, no surprises, no change orders unless you ask for them.

  3. 03Weeks 3–6

    Permits & fabrication

We pull permits, coordinate locates, and build your panels and gates in our shop while the site is prepared. Everything arrives finished and ready.

  4. 042–5 days

    Installation

Our own crews — never subcontractors — set footings below frost line, install, and clean the site to better than we found it. A project lead is on site every day.

  5. 05Ongoing

    25-year care

A walkthrough at completion, a check-in after the first winter, and a transferable 25-year structural warranty backed by a company that has been here since 2011.

What we promise

The parts of a fence project people usually dread. Handled.

  • One fixed price

The number on your quote is the number on your invoice. We absorb the risk of surprises below grade.

  • Our crews only

Every installer is a Stavewright employee, trained in our shops, with a project lead on site every day.

  • Permits handled

Surveys, locates, municipal permits, heritage approvals and neighbour agreements — we manage all of it.

  • Site left better

Sod restored, debris removed, and a final walkthrough before we consider the job done.
